Try Our Homeschool 6 Week Program
HOMESCHOOL Classes
You’ll be participating in group classes focused on the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu.
The approximate age range is 5-12 (will be partnered and instructed accordingly).
- Structured warm up.
- Self defense and/or a takedown.
- Fundamental positions of jiu jitsu.
- Useful submissions and finishing techniques
- Sparring and specific training to hone your skills.
What to expect?
Classes will build off of each other each week to learn essential movement patterns, jiu jitsu strategies, submissions and points. We will be doing jiu jitsu in a gi, which is the traditional uniform that can be used for control and submissions. You can use your own gi if you have one. We have gis available for purchase in the gym.
Bring water, athletic clothing for under the gi and some slide on shoes/sandals.
Questions? We (probably) have the answers!

How long does it take to see results?
